Free shipping in Germany
Our JAEGER products are shipped within the EU with our shipping partners - DHL and Deutsche Post. Hand-packed, each of our packages contains a spark of love.
You will receive your desired items from Monday to Saturday, usually within 2-4 working days (Germany). In the rest of the EU, the shipping time can be a little longer (between 4-8 days).

Shipping
Shipping is free throughout Germany.
For packages within the EU ( Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria, Netherlands) we charge a flat rate of 7.90 EUR to cover part of the shipping costs from our side.
For packages outside the EU we charge a flat rate of 20 EUR.
return
JAEGER does everything it can to process the highest quality materials into outstanding products. However, if you are still not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. Please proceed as follows.
- Report the return by email to: info@jaeger-fishing.com
- We will send you a return label.
- Pack the item well and enclose a letter with the sender, reason for return and Order number (starts with #) at. The order number is super important for correct processing.
- Drop off the package at a post office. The package is automatically sent to our logistics center: Jaeger Fishing c/o Cafol GmbH, Paunsdorfer Allee 1, 04329 Leipzig , Germany
- We check the receipt of the goods and initiate the refund
