Flat Rate Shipping 4.95 EUR - Free shipping in Germany for orders over 99 EUR

The shipping of our JAEGER products within the EU is done with our shipping partners - DHL and Deutsche Post. Hand-packed with every package is a spark of love.

You will receive your desired items from Monday to Saturday usually within 2-4 working days (Germany). In the rest of the EU, shipping may take a bit longer (between 4-8 days).

Shipping Costs

Within Germany: Shipping up to 99 EUR order value costs 4.95 EUR. Shipping is free for orders over 99 EUR.

For packages within the EU (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria, Netherlands) we charge a flat rate of 7.90 EUR to cover part of the shipping costs from our side.

For packages outside the EU, we charge a flat rate of 20 EUR.

Returns

JAEGER strives to process the highest quality materials into excellent products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. Please follow these steps.

  1. Notify the return by email: info@jaeger-fishing.com
  2. We will send you a return label.
  3. Package the item well and include a note with sender, reason for return, and order number (starts with #). The order number is crucial for correct processing.
  4. Drop off the package at a post office. The package will be automatically sent to our logistics center: Jaeger Fishing c/o Cafol GmbH, Paunsdorfer Allee 1, 04329 Leipzig, Germany
  5. We will check the receipt of the goods and initiate the refund
